ok well, from this point your job is to figure out what you could put in for x to make (3x-5)(3x-2)=0 so so make it easier, what you're really trying to do, since you will be multiplying them, is figure out what would make (3x-5)=0 and what would make (3x-2)=0. The work involved from there is easy.
3x-5=0
3x=5
x=5/3 therefor that is one of your answers.

3x-2=0
3x=2
x=2/3 so that is also one of your answers, which just so happens to be choice D.

I hope this helped, and goodluck in math!

Now that you have factored it out.

(3x-5)(3x-2)=0 Set it equal to 0 (like this)

than set each one to 0
(3x-5) = 0 and (3x-2) = 0

Now work each one out like this:
3x-5=0
3x-5+5=0+5 Add 5 to each side
3x=5
3x/3=5/3 Divde by 3
x=5/3

Now the next one
3x-2=0
3x-2+2=0+2 Add 2 to each side
3x=2
3x/3=2/3 Divide each side by 3
x=2/3

so x=5/3, 2/3

Well, you have two equations : 3x - 5 = 0 and 3x - 2 = 0

3x -5=0 becomes 3x = 5, so x = 5/3
3x-2=0 becomes 3x=2, so x=2/3

ANSWER : D

3x - 5 = 0
3x = 5
x = (5/3)

3x - 2 = 0
3x = 2
x = (2/3)

ANS : D.) (5/3),(2/3)
