:D I'm a germophobe and I'm getting married! Any good ideas about the honeymoon night? My friends say just close my eyes?

-I asked him was the wedding ring "distilled." "Sanitanitized?" Knowing me, I think he said yes just so I would wear it. I try to wear it without thinking about how many hands have touched it.
-I told him we didn't need a wedding cake since I can't make cakes and I don't know how another person would cook it.
-He asked me what color themes the wedding should be. I told him white. It's so much "cleaner."
-I told him I did not trust him at all. He told me I'd run the waterbill up with my washing hands and showering.
-He suggests I should see a therapist. I told him I would die of spirochete before that happens.
-He wants kids but I don't know about lying in a hospital bed. Do you know how many people lie in that same bed? And kids are nasty. I was nasty as a kid.

Anyone ever married a germ freak before? I fear sex. I told him he'd better get out now

Maybe you could both have a romantic bath in rubbing alcohol before you consumate your marriage.

Seriously, you've probably found a good match for you if he's telling you he doesn't mind now. Marriage is day to day stuff though, and you might just drive him crazy with all that, so meet him halfway by getting some therapy. You've let your mind become infected with germs of fear.

I pity him. You have a serious problem and are not willing to seek help for it. You will demand that he agree to your life style. That is very selfish of you.

He seems like a nice person to be willing to try and live your way. I am afraid he will soon get tired of all your crazy ideas and end up leaving you.

I see. Getting back to your original question. "No."

If he is not exhibiting any of the symptoms that you are describing here, then "No", you're on the very wrong track.

I think the only thing that will protect your sanity and his welfare is if you live alone in a very clean apartment and not come out...ever.
