How come i turn on my computer, but the screen won't turn on even though i turn on the screen?

It won't turn on for a reason...i just want to know how i can fix it... can anyone please help me?

try making sure all the leads and powerpoints are in properly

make sure the chords are all in place..and connected to the tower..
