No, of course it isn't true.
Firstly there isn't even any such thing as a female snail. All snails are hermaphroditic, that means they are all both male and female simultaneously.
Secondly the females of every mammal species ever tested has been demonstrated to be able to orgasm.

Hogs can also have orgasms. Lucky porkers! Theirs lasts for 30 minutes!!!
