I have a Kyceroa kx414 and want to TOTALLY erase all the old info?

Im going to give my daughter this phone, and want to dump ALL the info, I cant seem to rid the old phone numbers out of the recent list area for text messages area. Any help would be GREAT thx

NOTE! If you have SECRET information on your phone, be sure you know the correct way to erase it! Quick erase only makes it unavailable to the casual user, but can be read or replaced by pc software.
