I think everything humans do is for no purpose or reason. We are past trying to "survive". We like conquer to and compete. We wage war but claim it's for peace. We go to school to have jobs to make money to buy stuff that pollute the earth. We are always hurting eachother. I hate the world but I'm still living in it bcuz there is nothing else I can do about it except express my opinions that will be ignored.

This kind of goes along with the question I was going to post, but then felt my question wasn't significant after I spent a bunch of time trying to decide how to word it...

I was thinking, if we are not here for some spiritual purpose, life really makes no sense. We search for things that make us feel good, we eat to stay alive, but we'll all die. We all try to stay alive of course, but we all die anyway. 'But' death gives life more spiritual purpose.

Or something like that...

You are actually in the company of a wise king (Solomon), who said: "And I hated life, because the work that has been done under the sun was calamitous from my standpoint, for everything was vanity and a striving after wind." (Ecclesiastes 2:17)
However, the Bible states that conditions will not always be this way. Meek ones will fill the earth (Psalm 37:10,11), wars will be a thing of the past (Ps. 46:9; Isa. 2:4), and the whole earth will become a paradise, where all will have productive work and no one will be allowed to ruin it (Isa. 65:21-24; Rev. 11:18), just to mention a few of the positive changes the Bible states will take place.
There is a reason the world is the way it is today, and valid reason to put faith in the promises mentioned above. For more info (or for a link to look up the scriptures cited above), see the website listed below.

Don't just complain - make things better. It's what I would do if I were you. Do something fantastic and chnage the way we live - other people have managed this - Ghengis Khan conquored over 25% of all the land surface of the planet in one lifetime, Joan of Arc saved France from conquest as a teenage girl, and so on.

Most great achievements - penecilin, vaccination, the aqualung, radio, sailing to America... were all achieved by one person or a small group of people. YOU can do somthing to improve humanity - find a new clean fuel, cure cancer, invent a robot to stop wars etc. Don't "express... opinions that will be ignored" DO SOMETHING GOOD AND POSITIVE.

What is wrong with your thinking? It is only focused on the negative side of living. Yeah I agree human beings a selfish, wicked and evil minded, caring only for the moment but you answer me this, why do you have to join in and be a stupid, pointless human being as well? Why can't you be unique from the rest of us and make a difference in this life? Set an example and live the life you believe has value, when it's your turn to have kids teach them morals and kindness and how to be a brothers keeper. Stop watching the wrong others do and work on your own life. You sound young, so you still have time to change.

Here here sister... I know JUST what you are saying... I am terrified for my child's quality of living for the rest of her life... and then for her children's and on and on.

There is plenty we can do... we can stop trying to compete and conquer by just being happy with what we have. We can stop supporting the manufacturers who make polluting substances. We CAN speak up about the war, if we all did it, do you think they would have any other choice BUT to listen? You see, if we could all join together, maybe, just maybe, we could make a difference. But what is really wrong with the world is that we are blinded by selfishness and racism. We have to get over all of this to become one voice... it CAN happen, and all we have to do is NOT give up in hopes that it can. Don't give up hope, I have faith we will figure this out as a whole in this world. Until then, KEEP TALKING! Keep pushing for what is right. YOU can make a difference, but not if you give up!

You're not the only one. You can wonder and maybe you can help come up with ways to convince people to evaluate themselves for Net Creativity: their creative usefulness relative to their consumption.
I think all Life has the purpose to create more than it consumes, so that it adds usefulness to the universe. If you take it for granted that all people are like the majority, then you fall into the trap of the bell curve: the majority is the middle. In reality, though, Nature favors the Fringes; the outcasts and explorers and diversified ones that push the limits of life, so that when disasters strike, there is more ability to handle it. Just thinking about it puts you outside the middle.

How about Einstein, Max Plank, Heisenberg, Bertrand Russell, Hawking to call yet some. Thirdly the position do you get the loving god aspect. it is the god that threw out Adam and Eve because of the very truth they tasted the fruit of understanding. his is the god tat killed the first born, it is the god that demanded Abraham's infant as a sacrifice. it is the god that drowned thousands and thousands of persons, it is the god that tortured interest for a existence time and ultimately it is the god that killed his very own son. really a loving god. He on a on a daily basis foundation threatens thousands and thousands of persons with eternal hell for the slightest mishap of their conception in direction of him. Now it is stupid

Then make sure you're educated so that when you choose to speak out & give your opinions, people will listen. Be the voice for all of us. If you have something to say that's that important make sure you speak well. So when you do people will pay attention.
Make a difference. I'll listen.

what is wrong with the way that your thinking is that you have a pessimistic view of everything. if you have such a negative view of everything your going to be miserable and hate where you are and what your doing. if you look on the bright side of things you'll learn to appreciate the little things in life that make it worth it.
