Funny I asked my wife this the other day. She said yes it is cheating because u r fantasizing about someone other than your partner. Also talking with a stranger or even some one you know over the phone seductively is not good for the relationship. The test I always give is would I be bothered if my partner was doing what I want to do. Take care and like the other guy said clean up the phone.

Yes it sure is, if either you or you BF engage in any type of sexual conduct either touch, emotional or speaking to another person. Thats bascially cheating. He know what hes doing and dont let him bully you by saying your over reacting or you dont know what your talking about.

Yes it is. Just try being the person whose partner is doing it. Eventually it leads to breakup, feelings of betrayal, and very possibly actual physical cheating.

Yes. It is. Impure thoughts and vocalizing it to some one you are not married to or in a relationship with. I would leave my husband if he ever has phone sex with someone else. So is cyber sex.

Yes, any type of sexual encounter physical and/or otherwise is cheating. If you have to ask if something is considered cheating, it probably is.

If it's not with him, then yes, in a way, it is.
If it's an old boyfriend, and you are just doing it for fun, with no intentions to go any further, then it's not that bad. I did it with one of my old girlfriends. We were still good friends, even though we weren't dating anymore.
Just dont let your current boyfriend find out about it.
I know that, if you were doing it with me, I'd never tell anyone. :)

DUH!!......ahhh, Yeah! Emotional sex....pretty dangerous. If you are doing that then you are not "into" whoever you are cheating on.......not a nice thing to do!
