pimples are mini staph infections, and infections don't like heat, I will usually put a q-tip into near boiling or boiling water and touch it to the tip of the pimple. If it already has a white head it doesn;t burn my skin or hurt. then I put a nice hot wet cloth on my pimple for about 15 minutes, and when I have softened the skin its easier to ease the puss out. I never squeeze, because that leads to scars, or pushes the infection deeper. Pimples on the nose are usually very painful so a hot compress might potentially be a good place to stop. I often use tooth paste after to relieve redness, but wash it off after an hour... and tree tree oil is very good at drying up pimples aswell. Good Luck :)

Hi,
I am a dermatologist by profession and within a careeer of 10 years I have seen lots of acne problems. According to me Red and white pimples are the worst and painful. Acneprone skin is very sensitive, even if you touch it once the redness will increase with itching. According to me there is no magical way to heal your pimples over night as this is the puffed part of your skin due to the bacteria.

In simple words try to improve your diet and have lots of water that helps in healingg process. Un-necessary oily food should be avoided to get a healthy spotless skin.

Try some regular Colgate toothpaste. It will dry out the pimple and make it less sensitive to the touch so that you can get rid of the pus. You can also use a hot wash rag as a compress on the pimple. Just hold it on your chin and let the heat work its magic. You may need to repeat the process(es).

have a solution for you. Use a microdermabrasion on it which will bring it to the surface faster (but be gentle) and also use a toner cleanser with salicylic acid which zaps all breakouts away. however do not use the toner right after using the microderm. You can purchase any of these at a store. I use Mary Kay

Tonight, and every night up until the wedding apply toothpaste to it! This will dramatically reduces the redness and will dry it up! Once it is dryed up a little, it won't hurt! Make sure you wash it once you wake up!

I don't know if you can get it to go away within three days but you can try to put antiseptics on it. Also, you might try putting some "blemish be gone" stuff on it overnight. Lastly, try talking with a cosmetics person and ask for some concealer for men.
