I like eBay and second hand stores like Goodwill and Salvation Army. Sometimes you can pick up good things at estate sales, but that can take time.
I've purchased things from Claire's and also from Fashion Bug. Cute but cheap. Not really "good" jewelry. If you want to make an impression I'd go for "diamond" stud earrings, only get cubic zirconia.

Pawn shop, garage sales, and if you know your jewelry you might try your local fence.

weel, theres claires, icing, and even some cute lil thrift stores, lyke gabriel brothers. i foun a ton of cute stuff there!
