It depends on your age. I'm 29 and when I was in Jr. High, I liked Keith Sweat, Guy, Jodeci (now KC & JoJo). They have good songs. In The Rain, I'll Give All My Love To You by Keith Sweat are some of the greatest songs out.

1.Your Body's Calling- R.Kelly
2.Come And Talk To Me- Jodeci
3.No Ordinary Love- Sade
4.(anything by Joe)
I know the ones I put down are no considered old school, but they are still classics, and my personal favorites.

Go back a ways to -
You sexy thing
Love you a little while
Tell me something good
Got to give it up
What's going on
If loving you is wrong I don't wanna be right
Two of my favorite R&Bs are
The thrill is gone
Heard it through the grapevine

It's much older, but I've always loved "Let's Stay Together" and "I'm Still In Love With You" by Al Green.
