i cant hepl you withthe instruction manuel.. but .. is it a cloth seat? does it swivle?? i have a bunch of these at my work ( a day care) and they have little plastic thinbgs on the inner part of it .. like where it would be connected.. little plastic squares with nitches.. ont hte area where it connects to there should be little round ( or square) nubs.. take the seat, and put it in the circular area, find the plastic squares and match them up with the nubs.. the nubs shoud fit into the notches on the squares.. put the nub into the hole... ) make sure you line them up correctly and you should be good to go. .( oh.. if the seae is higher on one side, the "back", then make sure the cushion is fitted over the seat correctly.. or it wil be crooked... ) i really hope this helped.. if not iam sorry for babbling on and on for no reason.. lol

I don't think you'll be able to find instructions anywhere since it's so dated. Maybe try the Evenflo website? Anyway, good luck.

I have one also and my mom took it apart and had to get it back one w/a pair of tweezers.It worked.
