how do you get them to come out, and stay out? any tips?

also....guys...do you mind if your g/f has innie nipples? are they still a turn on?

If you wanted to get them out temporarily I'd say ice cubes/coldness or get aroused. (sorry that's really sick but it's the only ideas I have). Maybe as you get older and they change shape the nipples will change the way they look. I don't know how old you are so idk if you'll be growing much.

Cosmetic surgery or wear very small ice pacs in your bra. :)
