Peroxide on a Q-tip to clean it and you can swish Maalox or an antacid to stop the burn it will coat it or try some ambesol or other toothache type gel. They usually clear up after 4-7 day. But stay away from any acid food for a few days.

A good thing to get rid of a mouth ulcer it is "the honey of bee ". Every night, you can put it on your mouth "especially in the injured zone". in the following days you will see the results.

There is something you can get at the pharmacy to help with pain while its healing... I know this wasn't the question, but kinda important anyway. It is almost like liquid bandaid, but for your mouth. Coats the area so it doesnt hurt when you eat or drink and allows it to heal without getting so irritated. Can't remember name, but your pharmacist should know.
