I have several gallons of leftover light beer that were drained from an almost empty keg. Like to find some use for it.

You already have most of the good uses listed. You can always hold on to it until your next party and once your friends are ripped, serve the stale beer, they won't care.

Use the fairly high priced stuff like Joebells (i think of that's spelled Goebel) and not purely will the chook get the runs yet you have the potential to have those fairly exciting hangovers! heavily, the contents interior the can will "steam" away an counting on how long you cook dinner it relies upon upon how lots is left... is often empty. additionally, the lighter the beer the less beer flavor interior the chook so if complete beer style is what you want then use a heavier fuller physique beer! while are you having us that have spoke back over to be flavor testers???

If you have a garden, and you have slugs in that garden, put some of that stale beer in a shallow pan overnight -in the garden, of course- and the slugs will crawl in and die. You can also make a great batter for Onion Rings using beer, but I think it has to be fresh, but boiling Hot Dogs in beer rocks!

Pour the beer in Catfish batter, Fried Mushroom batter, BBQ Sauce and you can soak Brautwurst in the beer too. Looks like you need to have another party! Food Party that is!

If you are a gardener you can catch slugs! Bury a plastic bowl, or cup, so about 1" of the rim is above the ground. Slugs love their brewesky...If you fill the cup half way, they'll fall in and drown.

You can distill it and make a sort of Scotch liquor. It's relatively easy to do, but probably not any cheaper than buying the stuff, once you factor in time and energy. And who knows what it would taste like. But it might be fun. Just don't burn your house down.

If you have a septic system, it helps to promote bacterial growth. So "down the drain" is not!
