Bleeding doesn't always mean a miscarriage is imminent. However, one fact I was surprised by is that one in three pregnancies end in miscarriage. That number seems really high to me. The truth is with pregnancy, only time will tell if everything is going to be okay. I had no bleeding and miscarried at 10 weeks. My cousin bled for a month during her first trimester and is now in her 3rd trimester and the baby is healthy. Good luck to you!

depends on how bad you are bleeding? Just rest and relax and take it easy, lay down with your feet slightly elevated, calm down, and trust in the doctors that have councilled you. If you are really worried, make an appointment with a gynocologist, to ease yourself. Stress is no good for you or your baby. Good Luck

if you have already been to the ER then you don't need to ask us for reassurance that is your doctor's place. and if you are still really worried then go back to the ER and ask to speak with a nurse who works in the maternal/child care unit and then maybe she can ease your mind
Good Luck Take Care and RELAX

Yes everything will be fine. It just means that you are on your feet too much and you just need to relax that is why your doctor gave you 5 days off of work

Many women have bleeding early in pregnancy and 3 out of 4 go on to have totally normal healthy babies. The odds are in your favor. Take it easy, keep drs. appotinments, and take care of yourself.

If they said so... they are the health care professionals. If you still are concerned make an appointment to talk to your doctor one on one to discuss what happened. First pregnancies are scary enough so you have my condolences. Take care of yourself. And go to your ob/gyn appointments regularly. That way if there is a problem they will catch it early on. Best of luck to you.

If you are looking for Medical advise this ain't the place. It is very common for first pregnancies to be lost but that does not mean it will happen to you. Whatever happens, it will be fo the best.

if the ER doctor said it was ok, then it will be ok IF you follow his instructions to the T....you also need to put in a call to your OB to let them know you went to the ER, the prognosis, etc...they will probably have you come in to get checked again....

Follow your doctor's orders. Get lots of rest. Eat healthy.
Think positive. Quit worrying. You'll probably do just fine.
