Reverend Jim (Christopher Lloyd) from TAXI is the measuring stick for the funniest character on TV. Cosmo Kramer (Michael Richards) from SEINFELD is close second and obviously influenced by Reverend Jim. Heck, they even had the same hair stylist. ;)
