when I was 11, boyfriends just meany you liked a guy, and he liked you back. if that's the case, then not a big deal. but actually GOING OUT somewhere, that's WAY to young!

Yes because you aren't emotionally ready for that kind of relationship. You may think you are, but you're not. I know his one girl that goes to my school, she lost her virginity at 12. That h=is a horrid thing because there are sick freaks out there that will take advantage of the fact that these kids think they're ready for a relationship.
