In RUBY, once you go east of slateport and dive through entrance to sealed chamber what do you do next?

i'm sure you mean west of slateport, and northwest of dewford. this cave is where you release all of the regi-pokes.

you need to read the instructions found within. they are all written in common braille, and are usually quite simple, such as using the command "fly"

well your supposed to release the reggies but you need a
wailord in the front of your party and a relicanth in back
or its the other way around get wailord in route 129 130
and relicanth in sootopolis city and dive under to get it. then
you release them and go catch them
