when i say everything that's like water, oxygen, air, emotions every imaginable thing comes to mind needs this and it's not something you can touch, see, hear or feel

I assume that by everything you mean from elementary particle to universe, real as well as all imaginary. And answering the question for everything automatically answers the question for everyone.
Then i would say all needs a creator, a history, therefore moving time.
If we omit time, things can not exist, because without previous process, i dont see how they could be created. Without time there is no future either.
One of the consequences of time is energy, Something that moves - that is subject to time - is or has energy. This results in forces, gravitation, electromagnetism... etc...chemical reactions...biology...thoughts...imagination..progress..etc.
