Hi there...ctrl-shift-4 has no function in OS X and Command-Shift-4 takes screen shots

Command-Shift-4 makes the crosshairs show up, then if you press control while selecting you get a screenshot that you can open in Photoshop or Preview or whater you use. Basically it's just a screen shot.

You are wasting your time, Snow leopard does not work on emacs because Emacs run on PowerPC processors not intel processors. When Apple created Snow Leopard, they dropped all support for powerPC processors. And no, you can't put an intel processor in an emac. The lastest mac operating system I ever saw a Emac have was a Mac osx tiger (10.4)
