County clerks offices have property records, and some cities allow access on the internet (this is how realtors and home insurers always know your information).

That record is called an Abstract, find it at County Register of Deeds- also Title Companies will have it.

you should have that in your deed/mortgage papers, but if not your local county property appraiser will have that information. It is all public record. Also, most counties p.a.'s have websites that you can find that info on, look it up.
