It's a homeless, naked, dead turtle because the shell is not something a turtle puts on or takes off like a coat-it's part of it's body.

hm.. thought provoking...a little strange, but thought provoking. lets see, turtles arent really naked becuase they are just animals. they arent really homeless either because they have their own dwelling outside their shell. So, really, they are neither homeless or naked.

If a turtle does not have a shell, it is in fact dead. Their shell is their skeleton, and they are attached to it by all of their body systems.

cover that poor naked sucker up.
You take that poor turkle home, give him a home.
Put that there amphibian in your bed, in your room and put a comforter on him.
find out who skun that poor denizen.
If he dies report it to the police, because that would be turtlecide, or something, some type of crime, at least a low down dirty shame!
What were you doing when you came upon that poor critter.
If you find his shell, get some crazy glue and put it back on him.
