I talk in his class, but so does everyone else.

Stop talking in his class. In fact, go in tomorrow and apologize to your teacher for talking in his class.

You're obviously disturbing the class or the teacher has had enough already or he wouldn't have called your parents.

Just because everyone else does it, does that make it ok? No. If everyone else jumped off a bridge would you do it too?

Stop being a follower and start being a leader. Mature up.

First of all, you don't know if he's called other parents as well. You might not be the only one.

Second of all, chances are he wants you to do well because he likes you. I take a special interest in the students I really like (even when they're little buggers). I push them harder because I know they can do better, and I want them to really shine. Your teacher knows your parents will be supportive, which is why he called them. They're being supportive by grounding you. Consider yourself lucky to have both a teacher and parents who care enough about you to do something about it. As an elementary teacher, it's disheartening when a child acts out and the parents don't care. Just talk less (or at least when it's not appropriate to talk) and take the grounding for what it's worth.

Try following the rules and stop talking in class. If everyone else is doing it, maybe he'll isolate you for being GOOD!

To find out if they're isolating you have a friend talk the whole class period and then if they go without being warned or threatened you are truly being isolated:(

It sounds like he is seperating you from the rest. You should try not talking for a few days and then start talking. Maybe something you do or say affected you. That or the teacher just needs to pick on someone.

No, he's trying to teach his class and he can't cause you are talking. If anything, he's sending a strong message that he won't tolorant anyone talking especially you.
