National Anthems don't give me goose bumps, especially at sporting events.
The only time I've ever had goose bumps at a sports event was when I had access to the outside of Eau Rouge and watched some of the great drivers get it right and go through that awesome corner at full throttle.
If you are not familiar with Eau Rouge, arguably the best corner in all of racing, then this answer is probably lost on you..

I sure do!! However, a lot of people they have had sing the anthem this year has kind of made my ears hurt and cringe a little..but yeahup, still love all the patrioticness at a race. The flags, banners, red/white/blue, the military, the colors.. LOVE IT!!!!

Absolutely! For some odd reason they did not show the fly over at Bristol. Makes me proud to be an American for sure!

Always get goosebumps. I love the start of the race and the last 20 laps of a race.

anytime i hear the national anthem, done right, i get choked up and what not. in 8th grade, many moons ago, i participated in a wreath laying ceremony at arlington national cemetery. the entire time we were there you would hear a 21 gun salute erupt from the respectful quite. from then on, i can't listen to the anthem with out some reaction. good stuff.

Hell yeah it does. In a crowd of tens of thousands of other Americans and race fans I always get goosebumps even in 90 degree weather!!! Plus when they give the command to start the engines. That is just AWESOME!!!!

Usually, my goosebumps are because whoever they got is mangling the National Anthem. It's not an easy song to sing. :-)

But I love the excitement in the air when everything's starting up.

And when I was little, I honestly did think the song ended, "Gentlemen, start your engines!" :-D
