i wear a size 6 to 9 in Women's shoes. It depends on the style or how bad I want the shoes. I can suffer a little toe squishing or abundant roominess if the shoe looks nice enough. ^_-
Side Project answer: About 8-12. I'm older (30) and for me a party seems to be Charity events, Banquets, work gatherings, and stuffy formal events. I don't know if they count as a party, but there you go. (Or alternately 3, because my friends/family Christmas parties are always crazy. And there's usually 3 or so I try to not miss. )

I attend one party a week on average, I'd say about 50/year.
I wear a size 10 - threw that in just because.
