Yes. Crisco or any other hydrogenated vegetable oil will contain different triglycerides and thus is a mixture. It is also homogeneous.

I would say yes, because it's basically one thing. But, if you wanted to get really technical, Crisco can be made from different kinds of fat, so they could be slightly different.
