what are the risks of inducing labor using clary sage oil and are the risks for using evening prim rose oil or using castor oil and if any one out there have used these do you have any success storys

Why interfere with nature & chance something happening. You waited nearly 9 months I'm guessing,..... why not wait a couple more days to play it safe?

The risk is that your baby might not be ready, and it may put stress on him/her. Another risk of castor oil, is if you get diarhea and are dehydrated, that will be bad for your baby and make labour difficult.

The best ways to induce labour naturally are orgasm and nipple stimulation, these will not affect the baby.

If you choose to try the other methods, use the absolute minimum and then wait.

leave the inducing to the pitocin....self-induction can be dangerous so I reccommend not doing it at all.....but sex works and so does nipple stimulation(though it takes weeks to have any affect!)
