i really want the houston Astros to win, but personally i think st.louis, cardinals will win los angeles or boston red sox will win, but i really hope the cardinals wont win it, i hate them

The New York Yankees. They have an offensive lineup unmatched by anyone in baseball. It will be even more threatening when Matsui and Sheffield rejoin the team in September. And Johnson, Mussina, and Wang will lead a strong enough pitching staff.
Boston won't even be making the playoffs. St. Louis doesn't have the pitching. Houston might have an outside shot in the NL.

I think this will be the Yankees year and I think that have been out of the picture long enough and the red sox have been in the picture long enough that I could live with that.
