Pee-wee's Playhouse was/is a children's television program starring Pee-wee Herman (played by Paul Reubens) that aired on Saturday mornings on CBS. The show originally ran from September 13, 1986 to July 27, 1991, and was enormously popular with both children and adults.

I was 6-11 when it first aired. I love the show. Great childhood memories!! Now you can watch it on Adult Swim weekdays at midnight.

The first time I watched it I was so freaked out that I have never been able to watch it since. After the first commercial my Mom said that man is a pervert who will be caught one day. I wish she had that power with lottery tickets.

Loved it then, love it now. I just hate how they cut the opening song! I want to sing it and act crazy again! Oh well, I guess I will have to break out an episode on VHS or something.

It came much after my childhood, but i did watch it on occasion.

I thought it was odd, but harmless. Better than the drek they force feed children these days, certainly.
