Big real boobs are better than big fake. Big fake are better than small real.
If guys liked small real boobs better than fake big boobs, then breast implants wouldn't exist. It is unfortunate for those who aren't well endowed, but it is how I feel.
Some guys (black guys mostly) like asses more than boobs anyway, so all is not lost.

I've been married to small, medium, and large. They are all fine, including fake. It is not so much the size of the boobs as it is the woman that carries them.

Real beats size, especially because of the scars.
Smooth skin on a woman is attractive. Scars detract from that.
Also, fake ones don't feel real, either.
