yes, but your parent would have to go with you and present their driver's license or identification and sign a consent form in case of infection or anything bad related to that piercing occurs. just wanted you to know

No, you need to have consent if you are under 18 to get your body modified from a legit piercing studio. Body modification studios can suffer stiff fines or closer if they pierce a minor without consent that is why a consent is needed.

I honestly would say it depends on your state. I've had my pierced and re-pierced twice (I don't recommend, highly painful the second and third time) but because there are major arteries running through your tongue, I would imagine you would need consent. If they don't angle the gun right, you could bleed to death.

Yes you can get it done without consent, if you do not get it professionaly done. If you really want it and you cant get consent then you can find websites on www.google.com search for Self Tongue Pierceing.

My son is a piercer and where he works,,,,,,,you can get your ear pierced at 16 yrs. with parental consent. Of course if you are over 18 yrs.....you don't need that.

As in 5 senses Sight, sound, touch, taste, smell.
You would be voluntarily maiming one of those.
