could be that the site has been "blacklisted" by your firewall (if you use a firewall) if this is the case firewalls don't take lightly changes that are made to the reputed "good" or "bad" site listings. The instructions for how to allow or block a site vary from firewall to firewall so check your security software settings. Also if you are not the system administrator ask them about the webpage in question they may have banned access to the page in question.

search it from viewpoint it works cause i coundnt get a website on my dads computer and it worked from veiwpoint
