Chappell Show 100% Because I'm Rich ***** and I'm Rick James ***** that's just apart of what makes the show. Hands down Chappell the best.

Chappelle show goes on comercail alot i hate that but when he makes up songs i die laughing my fav is i wrote this song a long time ago making fun of tupac i also love mid of mencia he's just plain old funny i cant decide which is better

Chappelle's Show for sure! He is hilarious! I like Mind of Mencia, but Dave is just awesome!

MIND OF MENCIA, TWO Thumbs and TWO Big Toes UP!!
They are both funny, but Carlos Mencia is racier, funnier, more upfront, more honest, more original, more ethuthiastic and to the point. Plus, he does not have an annoying voice.

First of all, Mind of Mencia isn't funny at all.
Second of all, Chapelle's Show is hilarious.
Considering those two obvious facts, Dave Chapelle is far funnier.

they are both pretty funny, mind of mencia is a little more real world than chapelle. I personally like mind of mencia better, chapelle show got old to me after a while!

I have to say Chappelle Show even though im a Mexican, but whatever. I mean Mencia just gets boring and stupid when he says dee dee dee a lot. It was funny for the first few times, but its just not funny anymore.

I personally would have to say Mind of Mencia.....Chapelle is just annoying, but thats just me.

I LOVE CARLOS MENCIA. HE IS HILARIOUS. I LOVE HIS FORM OF NOT CARING ABOUT MAKIN RACIAL JOKES. WE ALL NEED TO LAUGH AT EACH OTHER SOMETIMES. HIS SHOW IS WAYYY BETTER. DAVE CHAPPELLE IS JUS FUNNY BUT WIT NO REASON.

Chappell's show because I like the songs that he makes up. My favorite is Piss On Me,when they were making fun of R.Kelly.
