Yes. Sometimes athletes who exercise a great deal might skip a period. If someone has an eating disorder and loses enough weight, they may also miss their period. (That's very serious by the way). But stress and illness can also cause a girl to skip her period. If you continue to skip more than one, I would suggest you ask your doc what's going on down there!

YES INDEED!!
MY PERIOD HAS NOT BEEN REGULAR IN THE 11 YEARS THAT IVE HAD IT. DONT BE WORRIED. JUST TAKE EXTRA PER CAUTIONS: LIKE ALWAYS HAVE EXTRA PADS AND TAMPONS AND BE SURE TO USE A PANTIE LINER FOR THOSE LOVELY SURPRISES. MOST IMPORTANT OF ALL IS BIRTH CONTROL A GOOD IDEA IS DOUBLING UP ON IT SO THERE IS NO DOUBT. EXAMPLE PILLS AND CONDOMS
YOU CAN NEVER BE TO CAREFUL. RIGHT NOW I AM HOLDING MY 2ND CHILD WHICH WAS CONCEIVED WHILE USING A CONDOM (AND NO IT DIDN'T BREAK) A LOT OF TIMES CERT IN TYPES OF BIRTH CONTROL CAN REGULATE YOUR PERIOD BETTER. JUST RELAX AS MUCH AS YOU CAN
WHEN YOU STRESS ITS LIKE A TRAIN WRECK INSIDE YOUR BODY. IT DOES AFFECT EVERY PART OF IT, FROM YOUR SKIN TO YOUR PERIOD. GOOD LUCK

Yes stress, exercise, gaining and losing weight, taking a new medication, or diet pills, all have an effect on your weight. Check out this website if you have more questions.

Yes it can, although it would have to be something pretty stressful (not just being a bit upset about something)
