my friend her parents r going through a divorce and she tells me all this stuff bout how she needs help but i dunno wat 2 say!! HELP!!

don't say anything.. be a comforting friend and be there for her... offer somewhere for her to go and not have to deal with it... let her sleep over... and just be there to make it a little easier...

You know, sometimes just having someone who can listen is a huge relief. You don't have to say much, just "be there" for her, be supportive, come up with fun things to do for you two to take her mind off of things.
