www.youngersource.com? I order an impact wrench on the 20th of this month and it hasnt come in yet. THey havent responded to my e-mails or phone calls.

It has only been 10 days, You ordered it on the 20th (Sunday) the order didn't get processed until Monday and probably not shipped until At least Wednesday so now we are looking at 7 or a8 days, depending on how it was shipped it could take another 4 - 5 days before you see it. Their site is real plain, Looks like it probably is run out of a garage. I would call your Bank or CC company and tell them to refuse to pay the amount. I would wait at least 14 days for arrival.

try finding out what you can about the company and if you cant reach them try the local better business bureau or the police fraud section... good luck
