Have you taken a round of antibiotics lately? Although good to fight infections they will kill off the good bacteria we have in the colon and vagina, opening the road to bad bacteria known as candida. Plain organic yogurt eaten and applied restores the good bacteria needed to crowd out the candida. Monistat 7 also works well to restore balance....good luck...Touche

Eat grapefruit and/or drink sugar free grapefruit juice. Cut sugar out of your diet until the yeast infection is gone, and cut down on starchy foods, especially white flower. Don't drink alcohol. Avoid cheese and mushrooms. Eating yogurt helps but won't cure it, the grapefruit is the main thing. Eat lots of vegetables cooked with garlic.
Never follow anyone's advice to put garlic or any other food substance up your yin yang. It's just not a good thing.

you can get lactobacalli pills at the health food store, you use them like yeast meds, just put a couple capsules up and voila it disappears. No messy discharge either. Should be repeated night and day for 2-3 days pending how bad it is.

DIet will help, you need to cut out sugar and yeast.
Make sure you wear only breathable cotton panties.
A probiotic such as Bio-K (available at healthfood stores) might help too. It would be better than yogurt.

There are none, do not use anything like vinegar and such down there, it can make the situation incredibly worse. Go get some Monistat - they now have treatments for a single day.
