Try hiring a private detective or ask someone else that knows him/her for an email address or a phone number to keep in touch.

If you have no infos other than name and last name...it's very hard...I'll check back for other answers. I want to know the answer, too. Sorry I couldn't help you. Unfortunately it costs you, if you use online investigators.
