Im going through the same thing. I just turned 17 and I had my baby last year in October when i was 16.. And i gained 55 pounds. I was 175 the day I had my baby [my daughter was 9.3 big baby] and now I weigh 140 something but i used to weigh 120..
If she does sit ups/stomach crunches in the mornin and b4 she goes to bed EVERYDAY and watch what she eats.. No greasy nor fatty fatty foods. Her tummy should shrink down. If she wanna lose the rest of her body weight she would have run/walk and excerise..
Im seein an improvement in my tummy i been doing it for a couple of months now.

IMHO, 16 years old is still an young age. There are a lot of growth and physical development going on. She should not start lose weight by going diet or something, unless she is obese. Starting diet will affects the development of her physio and brain.
Looks can change anytime but why affect the physical developments for now.
She may still grow an inch or two taller or better more curvy body.
Just make sure she exercise a lot and eat healthy.

Yes you can, but that is way too much toning. You need to rest in between for at least a day or you are seriously risking a muscular injury. Talk to a doc or a personal trainer about a good training schedule for you.

depends on how much weight , how its lost and why its there in the first place.
if u exercise, any amount of weight loss is possible, weather or not its likely, and skin will reform.
dieting and starvation (really do not approve of either) depend on the person and genetics, as to wether or not there will be elasticity damage.
as for liposuction, of coyourse there will be.
ur sucking fat out from under the skin.
That is just gross.

Anytime you lose a good amount of weight, that is a possibility. Also, stretch marks. No matter how much you exercise, it happens. The skin stretches and sags.

Only if the weight loss takes place over a very short period of time. If the weight loss takes place very slowly, over a long period of time then there should not be any flabby skin.

No, at that age your skin should be really elastic and able to shape down as you lose weight. From everything I've read and been told, if you lose weight slowly and steadily and drink plenty of water (helps keeps your skin hydrated), you'll be fine!
Good luck on your weight loss journey!

it depends how your skin is. it shouldn't get flabby at 16. i think that would only happen to people 30+

it depends on how much you lose of your stomach. skin can never go back so once its stretched out, you can do much of anything to get rid of the skin. so if you lose quite a lot of your stomach and had a rounder stomach, chances are its going to happen.
