1. put on an astronaut pack (cfr previous comments on atmosphere)
2. check with the authorities what watch they are using - with gravity or without ? When are the 24 h over for me ?
3 find a safe shelter for the next day - many drunken people, cars, that have not watched time + seawater..bubbles will fall down. (cohesive forces will force all fluids to form huge spheres - the oceans will grow to become a sphere of 1000 s of km of dia)
4. Close the lid of my WC, bake a few giant bubble space cakes,
5. Catapult myself in the heights with a parachute, enjoy the depts of the oceans, take pictures of myself as I carry a truck and throw it in the air, picknick on a cloud, make all kind of interhuman fantasies and gymnastics, and finally blow up my helium balloon, waiting till all settled down again, and then slowly rreturn to earth, once and if all fell back to normal.
6. Maybe it is the end of the world - with no gravity, the reactions in the sun might slow down, planets, including earth and moon will change orbital, all kind of other phenomena will occur. Maybe even, in state of absolute absence of gravity, time will stop moving ? (it could be a next question).

I'm assuming you mean inside of a spaceship, or something like that.

Float, do tricks with water, play football like you would do, invent a new sport just for weightlessness, fly like superman for awhile, meditate, absorb the experience in zero gee.

Die. Without gravity, there'd be no atmosphere.
