Yes, it certainly is!
You have 2 separate thoughts there, and if you read it out loud, I'll bet you pause between the two thoughts.

Make it into 2 sentences, or separate them by a semi-colon (;)

Alternatively, you could turn the second sentence into a clause:

My Daddy got laid off in March from _____, where he had been working...

What you could have done was add in a semicolon after the blank, or made it a whole new sentence.

1. My Daddy got laid off in March from _____; he had been working there for the past fourteen years.

2. My Daddy got laid off in March from _____. He had been working there for the past fourteen years.

It is actually two separate sentences. My daddy got laid off in March from _______ . He had been working there for the past fourteen years.

Yes, it is a run-on, but a comma won't fix it. It is two separate sentences/ideas. Instead of a comma, you need a period or a semi-colon ... My daddy got laid off in march from __; he had been working there blahblahblah

It is a run-on. There should be a period after the blank, rather than a comma.

You should have used a period after the blank, then started a new sentence.

Yup. You should put a period after the blank, and capitalize the "h" in He to start a new sentence.

Yes, it is a run on sentence. There should be a period between in from _____ and he. He should also be capitalized as it is the start of another thought.
