I believe the truth is in whatever motivates you to be able to do certain things in your life as you live it now.
From there you should be able to create the best alter-ego for youself and it shouldn't take long for you to come up with what you like about yourself and what moves you in your day-to-day routine..... from there it should be a cinch.

for the WWE it will be given to u by the creative writers. any other company probablyu by the people running it. u could probably chime in a few ideas, and they might accept one for u.
