This question caught my eye because my wife recently went through the same thing. One person wrote something about documenting everything she does or says against you. This is an absolute necessity. You also need to interview the other employees in front of your boss. Use a tape recorder if the employee doesn't object.
What it boils down to is that you have either knowingly or unknowingly pissed this girl off. If your boss tries to fire you, you have the right to confront your accuser - that is the law. That girl has to give evidence that she has a reason to be mean to you (even if it is unethical). It is her "meanness" that is disrupting things, and she has to prove that you have provoked her. There are several more channels you can use if you contact the EEO in your area, as well as some type of Human Resources agency. If you really want to keep this job, you may have to fight for it.
My guess is that if you get this girl in the office with your boss, it will surface that she is simply a *****. In the case of my wife, it turned out that the girl was trying to get back at my sister-in-law through my wife. Didn't work. When my wife found out, she floored her. The girl quit.

Does anyone else in the beauty salon have this problem with her?
If so, I would talk to your boss and let the boss know. Sometimes this works and sometimes it doesn't, it depends on the person. I would try it. I would start to look for another job just in case. Usually the added stress of working with someone like that is not worth the aggravison. Good luck to you.

You can possibly try and talk directly to the boss. I don't know about you state, but in PA your employer must give a certain amount of verbal and written notices before firing you. If that is the case then you could fight it. Unfortunately, some times there people in this world you will never please and will get away with just about everything. You have to ask yourself in the long run will it be better to stay and fight or find somewhere else now and hopefully find a better working environment? If this clears up for now is it going to happen again? Pray about, ask God for guidance.

It may be a bit late for this, but each time your co-worker acts unprofessionally you should document what was done, when and where. (Try not to sound bitter in what you write however.) Then, the next time you approach your boss, you can hand over what you have documented. While it is not hard proof of her actions, it will help to support your allegations. Your boss should be able to draw the proper conclusions based on what you have given him.
Also, I would be very careful not to speak negatively about her to your other co-workers. Tact and discresion will serve you best. Keep your cool and try to remain professional at all times.

Start looking for another job NOW! If your boss doesn't have the objectivity to look at both sides equally, you will probably never get a fair shake. That sucks, I know, and I feel for you. You may want to do a pre-emptive strike, and sit down with your boss, and ask him or her what s/he sees is the problem, and ask what you can do to alleviate the problem (that makes you look proactive, and like a problem solver). The follow through with what you boss says. Good luck!!!

Girl you better get some backbone and set that 18 year old straight. I'd of already called the owner at home and gave them an earful. I'm not afraid of nobody at my job and all my coworkers know it and leave me alone. I will go off on them as I'm there to work and not be their friend. They can think whatever they want about me, I don't care really I don't.

back far off from the pup Mill canines! do no longer perpetuate the terrible and irresponsible puppy shops promoting canines that are risky and bred in poor situations. there's a reason that a sixteen week previous pup is on the save. earlier you fork over your money (i would not), ask the puppy save in case you've the pup examined by utilising your vet. in the event that they gained't agree, in simple terms walk away and undertake from a no kill shelter.
