Where can I get the DVD of a U2 live performance which was shown on tv in the 90s?

First, figure out what channel it was on (MTV, VH1, MuchMusic, CBS, etc..)

Second, go to that channel's site and figure out if they have even put it out on DVD. They might not have. You may have to contact them through e-mail to verify whether it is available or not.

look around on ebay and places like that and star looking in smaller independant movie stores or special order from a chain store
