with hot water I suppose... but inside a girl you can't clean it up dude... it will come out by itself. As for bed sheets and carpet, you gotta use it with water and rub it really hard before it dries. Dealing with semen is like dealing with wet glue; you can clean it while it's wet but when it dries it's almost impossible to get rid of it. Hope I helped.
P.S. Best way is to use a condom. So the semen doesn't end up anywhere but in the rubber and on your penis. But if you're worried about the semen on your penis, don't worry. It will be gone after you take a good shower and clean well at that spot.

Why would you request "no stupid answers" That has to be the stupidest question ever. But, clean up stains like you would any others. Have your carpet and mattress steamed cleaned. Then use a washable mattress pad like all the rest of the civilized world. And you may want to put a washable quilt or sheet down on the floor before you get busy. Geeez... what a dunce!

If you were only screwing with a consentual partner then just clean it off with an every day carpet spot cleaner. If you were raping someone I suggest you cut out the carpet and install a new one, because you did not specify what kind of sex you were having. Pervert

Bed-wash the sheets with detergent before the stain hardens after it gets hard trash the sheets.
Carpet-use resolve dual-action stain remover, or put some detergent on a rag and start scrubbing the stain before it hardens, after its hard say goodbye to the carpet.
For future references use a condom or do it in the shower.
