I love "Unstoppable" by Maybelline. It stays on all day long and it's self-sharpening, so no pesky sharpeners to deal with. Also, it's reasonably priced and you can find it at any drug store. Here's the link:

There are two different eyeliners that i would reccommend depending on where you would want to apply it. If you are applying it on you upper eyelid then you would want to apply a shadow. Shadow stays on your lids longer without smearing becuase of the oil. A great brand is by Mac. You can apply it with an angled brush. If you want to apply the liner inside your bottom waterline, a great brand is by lorac. Lorac doesn't smear all over your face, and stays in place.

Best eyeliner that i have used so far is MAC Fluid Line. It comes in a tub, and is gelly looking. Comes in many different colors from brown, black, to gold, and blue.

You also have to purchase the applicator brush to use it, but it is very well worth it and easy to use. I bought it for my mom, who doesn't even wear much makeup and she loves it.
Also talk to the artists at MAC and they can apply it for you in the store (if you have a Nordstrom or Macys that has MAC) or try their website- you can email makeup artist on their website with application questions.

Without a doubt, MAC's fluidlines. They come in a wide range of colors, and they last all day long. They do require a bit of practice in order to apply them, as they are gel liners that come in a little pot. You need to use a separate brush to apply them. I prefer to use a fine line brush (like MAC's 209), but quite a few people also like to use a flat, push brush (like MAC's 212).

I've also heard great things about MAC's liquidlast liners. They are a liquid liner (instead of the fluidiner's being gel), and they have a brush in the tube. I've heard they last all day long, and they also have many colors available.

If you don't want to spend a lot, but want something that works well... don't laugh- Mary-Kate and Ashley Automatic eye liner. I have the brown one and it is the best eyeliner I have ever bought. It goes on very smooth and blends easily. I have never been one to spend a lot on makeup though- so that's just my opinion. Good luck!

MAC's good, but I read an article the other day about what makeup to splurge on, and what to save on and it said eyeliner was a "save," meaning it's just as smart to get it at the drug store... I use clinique though, and it works well.

Avon Glimmersticks eyeliner. It glides on also it's nice & cheap. Great colors too. Also like Bare Escentuals eyeliners, beautiful colors goes on wet or dry. Both last all day for me.
