Can I subpoena records of violations the Homeowners Association keep?

These are letters and notices of violations the HOA sent to specific addresses.

Actually, you can request them from the Board and they should send them to you. If they are your violations, they have to send them to you.

No. A judge has to issue supeonas. Are you serious.
