Sure, though it would be better to have a male physician as well, just in case some men were shy in front of female doctors.

I'll bet a lot of players would love to have a female on the medical staff. Why not

Of course it is. It would be discriminatory for them to say "We're only going to hire male physicians and/or male nurses, physical therapists etc." Sorry to be impolite but really, what a strange question. I mean, would it surprise you at all for a male physician, etc. to be on the medical staff of a women's sports team? I expect you would not be surprised by that. A person who's a professional doing his/her job is trained to deal with patients of both sexes. Is that surprising? It shouldn't be.

Well yeah, I don't see why not, if she's well trained(as I mean, Proffesional), then Yes there's no problem.
