Quality is not a major concern, as my TV is nothing fancy. I have looked around on newegg, and the best I've found was a $20 graphics card with S-Video. I would rather keep my current integrated graphics and have a seperate device for TV video.

play it from your camera, if you downloaded it from web then put it back on the camera and play back to the TV with the RCA plug
