Well I don't know about happy all the time b/c that will also depend on external circumstances beyond your control and also his chemical makeup. However, I think by keeping the house clean, being cheerful and submissive to him, taking care of the kids, loving him, supporting him, and giving your body to him whenever he asks (less your days on your period) I think he would be happy with you.

marriage is a partnership where you share intimate moments, life experiences, friendships, laughter and sad times. To be subservient to anyone is not healthy resentment becomes the order of the day. Please your partner by doing little things but you need to also be pleased - it is not a one way street. BTW no one is happy all of the time.

Just be yourself. There is no way for anyone to please someone all the time. Trust me, he wouldnt want you to. You have a life and he has one too, and then you two have one together. While its admirable to want to please your husband all the time, its just not possible or feasible. Youll appear to be domineering and no guy likes that, youll end up chasing him away. So be yourself but dont over do it.

ALL OF THE TIME IS THE SAME AS ALWAYS, NEVER, NO-ONE, EVERYONE, ETC. YOU CAN WORK TOWARDS PART OF THE TIME OR MOST OF THE TIME AND MAYBE FIND SUCCESS.
TRY TO SHARE HIS INTERESTS AND THAT WILL HELP.
